Our fully servo driven Vindicator is all the power packed high performance machine you will ever need, loaded with more features than any machine anywhere - in any price range. With the precise control it offers it is the ultimate for specialty printers desiring repeatable award quality output.

The combination of SERVO DRIVEN INDEXING, SERVO DRIVEN LIFT AND LOWER, and SERVO DRIVEN PRINT HEADS assures superior print consistency, impeccable registration and high speed smooth production cycles. The patented servo driven print heads and servo lift and lower add possibilities never seen before.

For example, program in the exact squeegee print speed, start position, and end position. Program in specific multiple stroke instructions, up to 99 strokes (perfect for building layers). Program in more than one off contact position for each job - print, automatically change off contact then print stroke again great for thick inks. And, after you tweak out a job, save all these parameters for the next time you print it or a similar job.

The Windows powered operating system with hi-tech touch screen control panel interface tremendously reduces set up times not only through quick access to all programmable features, but also by storing repeat print job parameters.

As with all Anatol machines the Vindicator is engineered and built strong for durability and to promote printer profitability through the best print speed and quality in its class. It is built on our heaviest duty frame, including the large circumference hardened steel center shaft and ultra-heavy duty print heads and pallet arms. This construction is then combined with our heaviest duty servo indexing system and components. The result is flawless quality at exceptional speeds.

Thinking high performance? Then take a close look at Anatol`s Trident. Trident`s exceptional strength allows it to shine in the high performance market. And with Anatol`s normal complement of industry leading standard features, the tremendously fast set up times it can accomplish allow for production levels that are not matched by anything near its price range.

The Trident`s strength starts with the heavy duty frame, including the large circumference hardened steel center shaft and ultra-heavy duty print heads and pallet arms. This construction is then combined with our heaviest duty servo indexing system and components. The result is flawless quality at exceptional speeds.

The Trident utilizes a computerized controller with an all digital membrane switch control panel and display which allows for easy access to machine functions through a simple menu-driven format. Combine this with the full control at the print heads - which reduces multiple trips to the main control panel through access to many head and machine functions directly from end-of-head membrane control panels and you can see how driven we are to simplify set up.

Another feature which helps deliver the industry leading set up times are our true Quick Release pallets - which can be changed at any print head in one simple motion without requiring rotation to a central locator. But to find a more comprehensive listing of time saving features check out the Trident "Features" page.

The Trident is available in 10, 12, 14, and 16 color models and with either AC electric or pneumatic driven print heads. The standard print area is 20" x 28" (51 x 71 cm), while larger sizes (Jumbo) are available to order. It can be used with virtually any prepress registration system. True to Anatol form the Trident is built to require nominal routine and non-routine maintenance and therefore is available for more printing throughout every day of every year.

For example, our servo indexer uses a true precision ball screw with internal lubrication system technology. This technology provides extended longevity and superior performance. This feature alone will significantly reduce maintenance time, not to mention replacement oil costs and mess. But this is just one feature where we excel - please review a more complete list on our "Features" page.

Anatol - Stratus

Available in 6, 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 color models.

The Stratus II is the perfect automatic press to add to any print shop with its unequaled standard feature set and unbelievable pricing. Since the introduction of the Stratus II, competitors have tried to match it. And while some have approached our pricing, none have done so with comparable quality and features.

The best aspect of this press is that it is an Anatol. The application of our renowned automation prowess has allowed for the introduction of many features which add to the strength and durability of our presses, but are otherwise transparent to the printer. You will become accustomed to the consistent optimal output while experiencing VERY nominal maintenance (including preventive) downtime. These features start with the basics, with every press we make built on a robust steel column for added rigidity and longer life, and continue up to the most technologically-advanced servo indexer in its class. We are the first - and so far the only company - to use true precision ball screws with internal lubrication system technology. This technology, providing extended longevity and superior performance, just isn`t seen on equipment in this class. This feature alone will significantly reduce maintenance time not to mention replacement oil costs and mess.

By listening carefully and learning from our existing customer base, we continue to add the best time saving features to this solid foundation, and we do this without any strings attached. For example, you don`t have to move up to AC Heads to receive front stroke adjustment with our press - virtually all the great features are available as standard on each press. So you want quick release squeegee and flood bars? - you got them. You don`t want to touch the squeegee and flood bar between jobs? - then check out our quick release side hinges. These are just a couple of our most recent additions but there`s much more - please review a more complete list on our features page.

Horizon Descriptions
AVAILABLE in 4,5,6,7,8 and 10 COLOR MODELS:
The Horizon is the perfect entry level automatic press to add to any print shop. Compare the special
configurations and small sizing with competitive machines. Since we introduced the Horizon we’ve had
overwhelming response to this machine as the best option to a first automatic press.
The Horizon is an example of another innovative idea from Anatol. This press has the same heavy duty construction as the rest of the entire Anatol line of equipment. Along with the most technologically advanced features on the market, it also allows for quick changes and easy setups that our presses are known for. This press was designed with the printers needs in mind. The Control panel is mounted on a rotating arm for easy setup and functionality. It’s not only a great choice for a startup machine but it can fit in the smallest areas. It is engineered for longevity and reliability with minimal downtime and maintenance.

Our vast experience has allowed us to build a great press and use a little more creativity. For example, the Rod Cylinders are protected from sprays and inks, the rotating control panel facilitates fast start-ups and change-overs and special configurations and small sizing make it very versatile. At just under 8’ in diameter this is one of the smallest automatic presses on the market.

This press is full of standard features that make setup, printing and teardown quick and easy. This includes Quick Release Systems for both Pallets and Squeegee/Flood Bars, Side Screen Clamps and Front Loading Screens. All Anatol equipment is designed to meet or exceed industry standards and can be used with other manufacturer’s equipment such as pre-press registration systems and pallets. Please review a more complete list on our Features page.
